SAP - Cloud for Customer 2017 Deal Intelligence

Overview

Deal Intelligence provides smart and meaningful insights to the Sales Rep. and an in-depth analytics for their manager. By using machine learning trained model Sales Reps. can monitor the deal score and key factors based on their interaction with the customer. This helps them to perform better and increase the chances of winning the deal.

My Role

  • Explore interactions of the insight panel on different pages and its responsiveness based on the browser window size.
  • Designed visualizations for the insights panel that is quick to scan and easy to understand.  
  • Created the demo video displayed above for releasing the new feature as part of the Cloud for Customer application. (Collaborated with team members to act and play roles of Sales Rep and Manager)
